PM2.5 Forecast for Beijing – Saturday, May 17, 2014
We should be back to average or slightly higher than average conditions in Beijing on Saturday. Look for Unhealthy or Very Unhealthy conditions on Saturday morning, then improving air quality in the afternoon. Unfortunately, we are unlikely to see conditions better than Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups at any point.
EXTENDED FORECAST
SUNDAY, May 18: We should have another day of about average air quality on Sunday, with AQI readings at Unhealthy for most of the day.
MONDAY, May 19: Monday is likely to be a transition day. We should wake up to Unhealthy AQI readings, but we should see the skies start to clear sometime between mid-morning and late afternoon.
TUESDAY, May 20: There is a good chance we will have Good/Moderate air quality throughout the day on Tuesday.
