PM2.5 Forecast for Beijing – Thursday, April 3, 2014
After a disappointing day on Wednesday, we should finally make it back to good air quality on Thursday. We could see the pollution levels drop off shortly after midnight or it might take a while longer, but we should be down to Good or Moderate air quality no later than about noon. The AQI should stay fairly low through the afternoon, but we will likely see the pollution levels move up again in the evening.
EXTENDED FORECAST
FRIDAY, April 4: The good air quality should continue on Friday. Although we might see elevated PM2.5 levels in the morning, we should see Good or Moderate air quality for the rest of the day.
SATURDAY, April 5: We could have good air quality to start off the morning on Saturday, but look for conditions to deteriorate at least by the afternoon, likely up to Unhealthy before the day is over.
SUNDAY, April 6: We're looking for poor air quality in the morning, then somewhat reduced pollution in the afternoon and early evening.
