PM2.5 Forecast for Beijing – Thursday, May 15, 2014

After a great day on Wednesday, we should be back to average conditions in Beijing on Thursday.  Look for increasing pollution levels overnight and through the morning, but we should see some reduction in the pollution in the afternoon.  Even with the changes in air quality, we can expect Unhealthy AQI readings for most of the day.

EXTENDED FORECAST

FRIDAY, May 16:  Friday will bring us another chance at Good/Moderate air quality, possibly arriving between sunrise and late morning.  After a few hours of good quality, we could see the AQI readings climb back up to Unhealthy in the evening.

SATURDAY, May 17:  Saturday should take us back to average air quality in Beijing, likely at Unhealthy AQI readings for most of the day.

SUNDAY, May 18:  We should have another day of about average air quality on Sunday, with AQI readings at Unhealthy for most of the day.
