Thursday presents us with a chance for some clearing skies, but only after the poor air continues for a bit longer. We should see rising PM2.5 levels through the early morning and possibly through noon, and we could reach back up into Very Unhealthy during this time. The pollution levels should start to come down around mid-morning or just after noon, but the weather forecasts are not in agreement on the weather conditions for the afternoon. One scenario would see the levels slowly dropping throughout the afternoon, while the other scenario has the air clearing much faster. We're feeling optimistic about these conditions, so we think that there's a good chance that we'll see significantly better air quality by late afternoon.
