Tuesday's air quality looks to be fairly typical for this time of year in Beijing. Look for increasing PM2.5 levels throughout the morning that will likely have us in the Unhealthy range. By noon, we should begin to see decreasing pollution that could drop us as low as the upper range of Moderate or could stall out in the low- to mid-range of Unhealthy. Then, look for increasing pollution levels again after sunset.
